WALKING FROM THE RAILWAY STATION

Exit railway station turn left and head up the hill. At the brough of the hill turn left. You are now on North Road East. Keep to the left hand side of the road and go past 4 turnings on left and we are on the next block before traffic lights.

WALKING FROM THE COACH STATION

Directions available upon request.

Although this distance is walkable, we would advise a taxi, as you will encounter the City Centre traffic.

BY ROAD FROM PLYMOUTH CITY AIRPORT

Exit from airport and turn right onto Plymbridge Lane

At traffic lights turn right onto Derriford Road

At Derriford Roundabout take the 2 exit onto Tavistock Road – A386sign posted Crownhill, City Centre

Branch left, then merge onto unnamed road signposted Exeter, Liskeard

At roundabout take the 2 exit onto Mannamead Road – B3250 signposted Mutley

Warning: Speed Cameras along the B3250

At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Mutley Plain - B3250 and go through 3 sets of traffic lights

At 4 set of traffic signals bear right onto North Hill - B3250

Straight on to traffic lights, which is a pedestrian crossing – you need to turn right after the lights

Turn right onto North Road East

This brings you onto North Road East – proceed to traffic lights and we are on the right hand side. Our parking is to the rear of the property, which can be accessed by turning right at the traffic lights and immediate left into cobbled lane.

Exit from ferry port, at mini roundabout carry straight ahead onto Martin Street.

At the Octagon roundabout take the 3 exit onto Union Street – A374

At traffic signals branch left onto Western Approach – A374 signposted Tavistock

At North Cross roundabout take the 2 exit onto North Road East signposted Railway Station

Bear right onto North Road East - proceed to traffic lights and we are on the right hand side. Our parking is to the rear of the property, which can be accessed by turning right at the traffic lights and immediate left into cobbled lane

BY ROAD FROM EXETER M5/A38

A38 to Plymouth

Take left hand lane (slip road off A38) signposted City Centre, large Sainsburys with big white sails on left hand side – CAUTION: Do not proceed over flyover

At traffic lights, maintain left hand lane, take first exit off Marsh Mills roundabout signposted City Centre A374 – CAUTION: The Sainsbury’s slip road is here on the left

Stay in left hand lane signposted Mutley B3214, you will go through a mini tunnel

At mini roundabout take 1 exit onto Old Laira Road

At next mini roundabout bear left again staying on Old Laira Road, pub on left hand side

Go straight on at next mini roundabout, past a Spar and Barber shop. You will find that the road narrows once you are past the pedestrian crossing

Carry on this road, under the railway line and straight on through traffic lights – petrol station on right hand side

Proceed to next set of traffic lights, take second left up the hill – signposted City Centre

1 set of traffic lights is a pedestrian crossing – you need to turn right after the lights

Continue forward onto Tamar Bridge (Toll) - A38
